At Enext, we come to work every day because we want to solve the biggest problem in mobile. That problem is low network quality. Someone every day, somewhere at any time is having poor mobile internet service and what makes this worse is that Nigerian service providers may not know about it. This lack of awareness can have huge implications and cause loss of revenues to the service providers, due to customer churn and disgruntlement.
We provide the Radio Frequency engineering services needed to identify this problem, so that interested service providers can take corrective measures that allow their customers to have excellent wireless network access. Through detailed benchmarking service (NIWBQR) we identify RF deployment quality issues for mobile broadband services (LTE and beyond). Also, using state of the art technologies (Rantcell) we provide means of remotely monitoring and accurately measuring customer experience in 2G, 3G and 4G (LTE) wireless networks, including in-building, nationwide. Our services allow Nigerian public to have excellent quality of mobile network experience while helping service providers increase their revenue generation opportunities. For the service provider, the faster consumers can use up their data due to the attraction of high quality of network access experience, the more the revenues generated. For the consumer, excellent network access makes the use of the internet pleasant and provides opportunities for self-improvement and business creation.
Pervasive excellent wireless coverage and quality makes deployment of solutions for public safety, industrial development, and myriads of other services easier. We provide IoT simulation, prototyping and deployment services that take advantage of such pervasive wireless network access.
