We collected data in Five LTE networks along the roads of Yaba, Lekki and Ikeja. Below is the resulting NIWBQR report.
The Five mobile wireless broadband service providers evaluated are MTN, 9Mobile, Glo, Smile and Airtel. The performance of the radio access networks of each service provider along each evaluated route, in comparison with the other service providers, is rated, using the following KPI weights: Connection Drop rate, 35%; Connection Setup Failure rate, 20%; Percentage of bins with DL RLC Layer Throughput less than 500 kbps, 15%; Peak Downlink Throughput, 20%; Latency, 10% and Non LTE coverage, 0%.
Our goal is to identify RF deployment issues that have negative impact on the quality of service experienced by the users of the network. A report containing our ranking and detailed RF Analysis is available for a fee.
We are also available to work with interested service Providers to get those issues resolved.
