INTRODUCTION
In this report, the quality of deployment of the Long-Term Evolution (LTE) cellular networks of four (4) national mobile network operators, namely MTN, GLO, AIRTEL and 9MOBILE along a select route in BANANA ISLAND, IKOYI, FALOMO, LEKKI PHASE 1 and BOURDILLON ROAD is evaluated.
The drive test was conducted on November 22 , 2019 between 9:30am – 3:22pm. The map below shows sample coverage quality.

The four mobile wireless broadband service providers evaluated are MTN, Globacom, 9Mobile and Airtel. The performance of the radio access networks of each service provider along each evaluated route, in comparison with the other service providers, is rated, using the following KPI weights: Connection Drop rate, 15%; Connection Setup Failure rate, 20%; Downlink Throughput distribution, 20%; Peak Downlink Throughput, 20%; Latency, 20% and Non-LTE UE Technology 5%.


SUMMARY
We performed our National Independent Wireless Broadband Reporting, NIWBQR, on mobile wireless experience in Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lekki, and V.I. This report provides detailed information on user experience on 4G mobile network. We have also added a network visualization application to display key results from NIWBQR on a map accessible to interested parties.
Our primary mission is to facilitate the ability of Nigerians to gain reliable and cost-effective access to mobile broadband communications using mobile broadband LTE networks. Through this means, we also provide national mobile network operators an opportunity to reduce churn and achieve a rapid increase in broadband subscription
